Important Notes
- We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas
- All delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance
- You’ll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in original condition – unused, with all tags and original packaging
- Original delivery note or invoice must be included
- Items must be in perfect condition for resale
Non-Returnable Items
- Swimwear and surf boardshorts (for hygiene reasons)
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Sale or promotional items (unless faulty)
Return Process

- Order number and date
- Item(s) to return (name, size, color, quantity)
- Reason for return
- Confirmation that items are in original condition
- Return Authorization: We’ll email you return instructions within 48 hours

Refunds
- Processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Issued via original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless we made an error or item is faulty)
- International return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Exchanges
Want a different size, color, or model? Follow the same return process but clearly state in your email that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item.
- We’ll ship your new item as soon as we receive your return
- No additional fees (except for price differences)
